Organised by the Energy Law Research Institute, the 6th Energy Litigation Congress took place in Ankara on Thursday, 16 October 2025.
Our partner, Attorney-at-Law Alican Tokmakparticipated in the Congress with a presentation entitled “Examining the Principle of Legal Certainty in the Electricity Market” .
Mr Tokmak examined the scope and practical implications of legal certainty in the electricity market.
The Congress comprehensively addressed market dynamics and current legal developments in the energy sector, with detailed discussions of disputes facing the sector and the possible effects of judicial decisions.
