The Energy Market Regulatory Authority published in Official Gazette No. 33118 dated 25/12/2025 the “Communiqué on Administrative Fines Applicable in 2026 under Article 19 of Petroleum Market Law No. 5015”. Pursuant to its provisions, the administrative fines under Petroleum Market Law No. 5015 were redetermined.
The administrative fines applicable in the petroleum market in 2026, increased by the 2025 revaluation rate of 25.49% (twenty-five point forty-nine per cent), are as follows:
